I purchased two lifejackets as Xmas gifts for family members, but I sadly got the wrong sizes. Rapid immediately called me up to help out with sizing options and we're happy to organise an exchange. Once I sent back the first set of lifejackets they immediately sent out the new ones that arrived the next day (from Adelaide to Sydney). They fit perfectly. The Rapid team were helpful and courteous from start to finish, their product quality is fantastic, and overall I had a fantastic experience with them. I'll definitely be buying from them again. Customer service is amazing! Picked up my online order in store & while I was there thought it be good idea to check the size of one of the items. It was a bit small but they didn’t have anything on hand but the boss offered to personally deliver the other size & bring another if that was still too small. So thankful I ended up purchasing the extra one anyway. Easy to use online site & not dodgy at all.

Great range of snow gear! Was served by a very polite young salesman who knew exactly what he was talking about. Great to know you can still walk into a shop these days and be served by staff who actually care about what they do, could not be happier with the service.
Great service! Awesome range of wetsuits and surf gear too. Came in to buy a set of fins for my board while I was there noticed they have everything else I needed as well. Great shop has been around for so long and I can see why, best surf shop in Adelaide!
