I’d like to give a big thanks to Alex from the Decorug Prospect store for his professional yet friendly customer service. From the time I walked in to the selection of the products(Carpet and flooring for new home) to the installation process he was always there for any questions and further information that I needed. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he wasn’t pushy like some other flooring places. Installers were very professional and a cleaned up after themselves. Wouldn’t bother looking anywhere else the best in the business.

I bought a rug the other day. It was so refreshing to see such amazing service in Sydney. The kindness was genuine. There was genuine care for what we wanted. Prices and product is of high quality. Simply Amazing.
The 5 star rating is for the service provided by the Project Manager Mark, and the two men who completed the installation of our laminate flooring. Mark, an absolute professional with a no nonsense, customer-first attitude. Kabir and Amit for the 100% care and passion to get the job done the right way. They didn't take any shortcuts, and took a lot of care of our furniture and walls to make sure they weren't damaged, they were both fantastic! If you get your floors done by Decorug, make sure they assign Kabir and Amit!

Alex has been amazing. Refreshing to experience some genuine high quality customer service. Alex helped us choose carpet and was very helpful and flexible with arranging the order and installation. We are really happy with our new carpet. After such a great experience we decided to purchase some rugs too. Alex has gone above and beyond in assisting us to order the right size and style of rugs.
