Purchased 2 of the colour changing mugs from Professor Plum after the previous site I bought one from was out of stock. Placed my order over the weekend and it was delivered Tuesday morning! Very prompt delivery service and the mugs were packaged very safely. One of the mugs looked like it had been sitting in dust for a while and had a couple of grey stains on it, but luckily it was washable.
I walked in to get my niece’s 5th birthday present today (Saturday after lunch time). The lady at the shop was super friendly, nice and very helpful. I ended up getting a dinosaur puzzle and an egg. It was such a pleasant experience at the store and will definitely go back! Thank you ️
Just purchased a puzzle from your website and it arrived in Melbourne 3 days later! It was wrapped with bubble wrap for protection which is greatly appreciated. I’m glad that I looked for a small Australian business to support rather than buying this off amazon. Ended being one dollar cheaper too :)
