Got a quote from these guys, took over a week to receive the quote. Then one I replied to quote cause I wanted to go ahead no reply back requesting a time or anything. Communication is key to running a business and it seems to me this business needs some help.

what can I say... we had a bad luck with this company- a dodgy tiler, using dodgy grouting that stains very easily, blaming the floors and tiles and everything else in the bathroom for their poor job , not taking responsibility for anything.. He looked very professional, and promised to do very nice things, in the end, we ended up having only disappointment and lost lots of money. professional? yes- only when it comes to charging you money.
