I contacted PI Melbourne to investigate a missing person. Only response was via email with a half promise to try searching databases. No phone call or actual conversation took place between us and all contact by email. I received a bill for 79 to pay so I emailed the company back after phoning and leaving a message to call me. After no phone response, I emailed them for more information and no response has been made 7 days after the request. I have no confidence that they did or will do any actual work on my request.
