I’ve just left their office - This is what customer service is all about. I needed a rapid turnaround, which they delivered. The process was explained to me clearly. There was a small issue with the printing, and the staff took the extra steps to improve quality without my prompting. Excellent.

We are so grateful to have found Printing Intelligence. In fact, despite being a small social enterprise it feels as though we have our own in house printing department. We often pick up the phone at the last minute and Ty and the team always make sure that we have what we need when we need it. Recently we underwent a rebrand and had the massive task of reprinting everything. From banners and business cards to posters and flyers, the team at Printing Intelligence did the most incredible job. They look fantastic. They were also incredibly helpful with colour advice throughout our rebranding process, giving up heaps of their time to walk us through our different options.
