Sales rep was very knowledgeable & helpful. So much better than dealing with young reps at other companies that know nothing.
Do not buy prime roof tiles. The tiles are not of high quality as falsely advertised by this company. We have so many fractures on the tiles and our house is 9 years old. 3 years ago we already have the problems with leakages from fracture and crack. Called the company up and they said they only have 2 years warranty on these tiles. Unbelievable culprit. We now have to replace the whole roof that could potentially cost us 20 grands. Home Builders stay clear from them. Will pursue this further with consumers affair.
Went to match some tiles and the sales staff were very helpful and friendly, would highly recommend these guys.
quality of tiles is so bad. Got flat tiles for nice look. tiles are so brittle they have eroded. the quality of the tiles is terrible. my roof is leaking and they have not offered me any compensation to this date. i have had to pay the painter extra money. if you saw had bad the tiles look at the base it is terrible. when we put the antenna up we moved a few tiles carefully to install the antenna and they broke straight away. underneath the tiles they did a good job but the quality of tiles themselves was "crap"
Rang around many roofing companies and glad I settled on these guys. Thorougly professional operators and the job was top notch, highly recommended!
