We have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years but on the weekend the staff were very rude after they saw I have filled a scrip with another pharmacy. They then were not prepared to help and made some very inappropriate comments. I hope this review serves to help people understand that these people are not there to help you. They are just there to take your money. I then visited the other pharmacy in the centre and found them to be very polite helpful quick to please. A stark contrast to Priceline who have now LOST my business. I will now go out of my way to warn people off this business.

Do not shop in this store! Management are entitled and rude. Working here gave me great misery. Expired cosmetics on shelves. Workers that gossip. Overcharging for many items. Management that SPY on staff. Management that DO NOT care about their staff. Working 9-10 hour days with virtually no breaks. Management only care about making money not their loyal staff and customers.

I don't understand the negative reviews!! I went there just the other day and everyone was so nice, especially the pharmacists and the lady who was working, her name is Jaz and was very patient with me (one of my contact lenses had just fallen out before I went in the store so my vision was not the best) but she helped me find the location of Canesten Clotrimazole Anti-fungal Cream (for my older sister who is at home) and I even managed to get some Lynx Africa deodorant which I was not planning on getting but it was on special. Thank you so much Jaz I would definitely recommend priceline to everyone it has all your needs and staff are very nice and polite thank you

Very sweet staff that are very helpful. There were 2 ladies helping this elderly lady and they really took their time to make her day, it was so sweet. The cosmetics range could be larger though but it is well stocked.

I took 2 scripts in as I was shopping in the square. I pay 29.50 at two other pharmacies in the area. Picked up my scripts and was charged 48.95. One I pay 12:95... at Priceline 21:50. The other instead of 17:00 was 26:95... I refused the medicine and went to another pharmacy in the mall.. checked their price first... total bill 28.!!! Beware of overcharged scripts!!

Honestly the least professional staff I’ve ever encountered.

Avoid getting cartilage piercings here (especially if new to piercing, or have done little research) - the staff use incorrect techniques (nail gun instead of needle) which can have dangerous, long lasting consequences. Don't risk it.
