I recently booked my teenage children and myself into Priceline at Kmart for our influenza vaccinations. When we arrived it was discovered that I’d accidentally booked our appointment for the following weekend, however the pharmacist was more than happy to fit us in for our vaccinations that day. Our vaccinations were administered in a private area of the pharmacy out of view of other customers. When one of my children had a minor reaction following their vaccination the pharmacist handled this effectively and I was confident my child was in good hands. I will definitely be using this pharmacy In the future!

Sadly, it's the only Priceline in Launceston. Staff are friendly and have knowledge for their range. Tend to always have what we need in stock even for it being small. A genuinely good experience and professionalism is still around here, with a professional pharmacist and all products are at reasonable prices for a chemist, atleast it is cheaper than Chemist Warehouse (to my knowledge). Edit: I am unsure of why I gave it 4 stars now that I think about it so I will be editing it to 5 stars.

Just called to see if an item was in stock and the man on the phone didn’t even bother transferring me to someone who could help, didn’t bother looking up on the system if the item I wanted was in stock or being ordered or anything. Terrible service seeing as we can’t go In store to check our selves at this time, which I did last week and thought I’d call to follow up to see if more stock had come in to save another drive to check

I can not believe anyone especially a health professional can be so blunt and has a lack of basic communication skills. I went in store to get a medication for my 5 week old child who was unwell. The pharmacist was rude, arrogant and lacked compassion in the way he spoke to me. I arrived at the store around 4:40pm (store closes at 6pm). The pharmacist's first words as soon as he saw the script was "there is no way I am going to make this up for you right now. It takes at least an hour to prepare and we close soon and there is no one else in town that can make it for you either" Mind you he had more than an hour to prepare the medication. I went to city capital chemist instead got the medication in less than 7 minutes and I was served with a smile.

This store never has the knowing by Estee Lauder on special when it appears in the catalogue for half price never. They always have it at full price though. When you order online you get an error response to say unable to place your order then they debit your account of the money. Emails and messages go no where and are never answered. Poor customer service all round from Priceline.

Priceline Kmart stricks again.. I rang up and asked if they had a product instore the lady with no manners asked front or back I said front she transferred me I asked another lady for a product she went and checked came back and said we only have 2 out of the 4 products I asked if she knew when they were coming in she said no didn't give me any indication of when just simply no.. she then went on the tell they were low in staff and didn't have time for this conversation I asked if she knew the other Pricelines number as they aren't online she said they aren't together then gave me the number at a speed I couldn't make sense of I asked her to repeat she then said she didn't have time and they were busy and hung up on me. Shocking customer service!!!
