I have been living in benalla for 6 months now, twice I have been rejected from this place and told by them that u can get an appointment after 6 months. I can understand that they would be really busy. But the receptionist was so rude and didnt even give any sympathy as to I was sick and said in plain brutal way NO to my face ..and when i said sorry its an emergency she said to me again NO, no new patients. Go to the hospital from where i was rejected as well. Im feeling so helpless right now
We are very new to Benalla, only here since end of April '19 and after having two satisfactory appointments previously with Dr Khan we were informed on our third appointment they were not accepting new patients. The only options were one of the other three private clinics in town for wich a resume needs to be submitted or a trip to Wangaratta to another bulk bill clinic. This was a slap in the face and really the first unfriendly thing to happen to us in this wonderful town. Very upsetting and very distressing.

Went to attached doctors and receptionists great, but doctor would not help me... worse than useless
Nice store but limited range on self mediation
Staff are v friendly, and their script sms reminder service is a life saver
