An extremely friendly and helpful young woman assisted me. Gave me great guidance on a few products to address my symptoms and when she found out I was only in town temporarily for work she even gave me a free sample pack of a sinus cleanse device I normally use at home so I didn't have to fork out for something I already owned! I was prepared to purchase a new one and she could have just sold me another one but didn't. This kind of service is unfortunately rare these days. Very impressed!

One of young female staff at the counter this morning was very rude. When I asked where facial masks are, she pointed to facial masks with her head without saying anything. When I asked her if there is thicker one, she shook her head with closing eyes. she DID NOT open her mouth at all and talked to me with nonverbal language. very insulted.
Usually very good service, unfortunately when i rang to book a flu jab the girl who answered the phone said no need to book and to drop in anytime from 7am. Not so. Staff are only available after 9am it transpired. Disappointing after an earlier than usual commute into town to get it done prior to work.
