Best professional service provided by one of their employees Asif, My sister travelled from Hyderabad to Sydney and during this pandemic where travelling was a hassle, brother Asif looked after every details including stay at Dubai and pick up and drop off at airport. I appreciate his service and immediate follow up to answer all queries. I recommend price beat travel to all my family and friends.

I have submitted the request of refund for the flight during COVID 19. But still neither did i receive any refund nor any response of them even after sending them few emails. So called professionals are actually unprofessional and misleading people... I would recommend to buy from airline make ur life easier.
Horrible experience booking a chartered flight from Sydney to Delhi for my father in law. We were not informed of the fact that tickets are only issued 24 hours before the flight, and when we were all paid up and ready with our COVID testing and documents, they call to tell us that our booking was downgraded to economy from business. Again, nobody told us this was even possible. When you pay for a ticket weeks in advance you expect to get a seat on the plane. My father in law has a medical reason for not being able to sit long durations in an economy seat but they were unable to do anything so we're out of pocket for the COVID test and other expenses that we planned around this failed booking and awaiting a refund.
Charter Flight from melbourne to amritsar wasn't very pleasant. Told by price beat travel that food will be provided. Then 24 hours before the flight informed that only vegetarian snacks and drinks will be provided. But in the flight no snacks were provided. And there were people just dependant on snacks as they did not want to eat alot, but nothing was provided except water. I hope next time you guys give correct information.

We had booked tickets with price beat travel, because of COVID 19 situation air lines was not flying to India. Some how we have arrange to refund money back as per air lines guideline for refund eligibility. Price beat was not giving refund to the customer and very poor reply for refund. Not taking any responsibility and talking about airlines delay the money. We have paid price beat account not in air lines account. This is one of fraud and they are holding every passenger money in their account and earning interest. Before they are saying 10-11 week the money will refunded and now saying 14-16 week. Which is biggest fraud happening with passenger money. We are going for some legal action against the price beat very soon if the refund not process in the week. Do not trust this company and do not buy any tickets. Take care all
When i checked my e ticket it comes to me that they charge me 3 times more than actual price. I emailed them but they don't bother to reply. They are taking full advantage of pandemic.
POOR SERVICE, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. ZERO STAR RATING. BOOK WITH MANN OR GAURA TRAVELS. Poor customer service, not professional at all. I booked my flights for 31st October and made a payment (half) in advance as requested by the agent. It was sri Lankan Airlines (40kg 7kg) and specifically mentioned that I could only travel after 30th because of work and I needed this baggage as I was leaving the country. A few days later I received an email saying flight was cancelled, and they offered me a flight for 30th October or 1st November. The rates were higher than what it was quoted before. They didn't compensate me. However, I called other agents and they said the Sri Lankan Airlines was still flying. That indicates they cancelled my two tickets and booked someone else at a higher price. I feel they cheated me and when I tried to reach the owner someone named Amit, he didn't return my call. It's a shame how they treat people from the same city, I guess Indore. Pathetic service. Would not recommend to anyone. DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICE BEAT TRAVELS. The agents were not apologetic, no shame, I had to be here for my sisters chemotherapy and I couldn't get here on time. Would not recommend them to anyone.
