I’m not one to leave reviews but when acknowledgement is need I definitely want to show my gratitude and appreciation. I can not Thank Kat enough... Yesterday I presented as a walk in customer for a haircut and Kat was super friendly from the get go. I had had a haircut ELSEWHERE the day before and my hair was reasonably wavy after the cut, no big deal. It looked great at the time but the next morning when I started to straighten my hair I got half way through and was mortified at the state of my hair. It was cut unevenly, the layers were heavy and looked like ladders plus one side was longer than the other... let’s just say it’s the second worse haircut I have ever had... I cried when I took my hair out to show Kat the aftermath once I explained what had happened. I honestly can not THANK Kat enough, she has worked a miracle on my hair and has made me super happy. The manager was wonderful and comforting and I appreciate you ladies so much. From what Kat had to work with, to what I now have is amazing, I will definitely be a returning customer. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you, thank you, thank you xx

The warmth, kindness and professionalism we experienced at PA-Coomera was outstanding. Frances cut my 8yo daughter's hair so beautifully I was compelled to book myself for a cut the following day. On both occasions, Frances actively listened to my concerns and requests, checked if I was happy with length(s) before cutting, and finished our cuts with a beautiful style. I can't speak highly enough of Frances, the PA-Coomera team and the service we received. We look forward to our next hair cut at PA-Coomera

Worst customer service, walked no greetings looked at products stood there 10 mins before I was greeted. Only to be told she was too busy with a client when the moment I queried or sounded remotely like I was just wanting a cheaper or middle price item. Disgusting short blunt answers about cheaper products. If the product ain't good your store shouldn't stock them when your stuff is just going to talk with disgusting about the product to customers. First and Last time I'll ever walk in your store!

Price Attack – COOMERA. My experience at Price Attack – was an ‘attack’ on my hair. Stupidly I went twice and suffered at the hands of Becky and Kellie. The first appointment was a colour and the hairdresser left the bleach on for something close to an hour, she over processed it and my hair broke off weeks later. The second appointment the hairdresser straightened my curly hair and then started cutting chunks out of it. After I had explained that I was trying to grow my hair longer. Now I have over bleached hair that the only way of recovery is to cut it off, which will possibly take me TWO YEARS. It has taken 5 months for my hair to look anything close to okay. Price Attacks idea of a remedy was to offer me ONE bond treatment. My new hairdresser tells me that they should have done a bond treatment every week to try to help me get back some condition in my hair. I am disgusted with Price Attack and the two incompetent hairdressers they have employed.

I love getting my hair done here, the staff are friendly and helpful. What would give it a 10 is if they would give you quote for the style/colour before you start. Will definitely be returning though.
