Hi recently brought manic panic dark blue hair dye off you guys on the 1/03/2021 when we told it would work by staying in my hair to having it all wash out in 1 go and left disappointed to now going to go have it done at a proper salon.

Mortifying Experience! I dropped in to get my 14 y/o daughter a quick trim before Christmas. The trim and hairdresser who did the work were fine, but I WAS CHARGED 79.95 for it! A very rude and aggressive women (Alie?) started work just as we walked to the register to pay, she told the hairdresser she'd take my payment. When I questioned the amount she yelled at me that it was the standard price for high school students because they have "adult-like hair". She then continued with "you should have asked for a quote" and " you have to pay". I had no intention of not paying, I was simply enquiring and I'm not deaf so there was no reason to yell. I think she may have been the manager because whilst I was waiting I'd heard her screeching at a male employee that he wasn't allow to make bookings (He didn't make mine!). He tried to explain that no one else was there to take the booking, but she just kept going..

Alissa Is AMAZING!! Such a kindhearted, bubbly, enthusiastic and caring person. I came in to get my hair trimmed and thinned out because my hair was extremely dry/damaged and I left with beautiful soft and styled hair. Alissa took the time to find the perfect solution for my hair and was even educating me on how to style it at home. She is absolutely full of knowledge and very dedicated to help her clients. Could not recommend her enough!

Prices seemed reasonable/comparable to what little research I had done. To be clear, I just came for products, not hairstyling. What I realllllly loved was the service. I wish I had got her name; it was a bright, blonde, short-haired gal with glasses. She helped me pick out brushes, a new curling iron and taught me how to use the hook bobby pins. She was personable, adorable, super helpful and patient with my incessant questioning. The other lady at checkout was also very friendly. Really nice experience overall, thank you!
