We washed our boxer there.for 10 he is washed, conditioner,blow drying etc .he smells and looks great.better than paying 45 to a dog washer
Went to Petbarn, Preston's to find a new diet for my dog. I was served by a young, female. She was very polite, and had a plethora of knowledge. She had a welcoming attitude, and did not have an attitude where all she wanted to do was sell me the product. She took her time to explain everything between the different products, and allowed me to make a decision based upon the information that she had provided. Awesome customer service!
Helpful & knowledgeable staff. Not too pushy but believe in the products they are trying to sell. Great help, friendly. Well cleaned instore with a great range of products. Quite often out of stock of the popular products.
We went to get our dog groomed they were very good and nice to our dog and are so friendly. They did an amazing job grooming our dog.
The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to find out what I needed and even suggested alternatives. They have a wide range of products there and it’s very clean and well stocked.
Top notch service, took my little puppy there to buy a toys and food for him and Jake went above and beyond. He offered great advice that has helped me tremendously the past few weeks, and has resulted in my puppy becoming healthier, happier and more well behaved. He spent at least 30min to an hour with me and my puppy personally to find what was best. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I thought they were good but as stsffs are friendly but they don't care about animals speailly birds bcoz birds were weak and not needed cared probably. But nooo.
