Great place for a kids party! The kids all had a great time, our host was very professional and made sure the kids had plenty of drinks, organised the pizzas, birthday cake and even got them arranged for a group photo before cutting the cake (that was akin to herding cats!). Well organised and clean place. We were lucky enough to get the upstairs party room too.

Daughter had her 14 birthday party. Very well organised and so much fun for kids. It was a little chaotic but in a fun way. Areas for small kids and bigger kids. Staff watch everything and ensure kids are safe, but the kids can still do flips and other fun moves

We had the worst experience there! It is dangerous and unsafe. First I found a screw on the trampoline and handed it to a staff member who made nothing of it. Then my child and I fell and bumped into each others faces which ended up in a trauma to my nose. Once I seeked help from the front desk, they were clueless and didn't take any course of action. Luckily I'm first aid qualified and told them what to do and requested an ice pack. They refused to call an ambulance even though they saw I was passing out. My family members and other customers were offering help but the staff members pretended like nothing was even happening. They were more interested in taking in new customers. One of there staff just stood there looking at us. We called an ambulance and I was taken to and treated at the local hospital. I'm now forking out thousands of dollars to reconstruct my nose. I will never enter this business again!

Place was a little too crowded with no air conditioning, and not enough seats, plus no social distancing. But the kids love it and always have a blast.

Great little afternoon escape for the kids to get rid of some energy! I love how it’s nice and quiet now. The staff are friendly and offer good service! The DJ on Saturday nights plays a pretty mean set! Don’t mind listening to it while the kids play!
