Tea Royale has the best tea and a wide variety of tea items, either on its own or with milk/fruits/cheese, to choose from. Staffs here are super friendly and helpful, explaining to us very clearly the options and asking us our preferred level of sugar and ice. Their lately launched MEGA 2L JUMBO BOBA TEA is an absolute fabulous idea! We opted for the Royal Milk Tea w/ pearls with half sugar, 2L just for 19.99. This is no doubts the heaviest - dream size - Boba tea. The drink was freshly prepared by the staffs. Love its strong tea flavour with chewy bobas. Perfect for picnics and parties!!

They had a great selection of bubble teas and the staff were really friendly and explained what was in the teas. Also love that their cups are recyclable.

worst customer service, there were 3 people waiting in queue, 2 staffs just slowly doing 1 order, they don't care how long customers are waiting.

I used to come here a lot because the price was decent and so was service but now they have changed. Today I asked my brother to get cheeseberry WITH pearls and you pay extra for pearls. He said it was not busy so I don’t know how you can keep forgetting to give pearls. I’ve started going to other stores now because service has changed.

By far the best lemon tea ever!! Not too sweet and tasted refreshingly fresh not too processed. Highly recommend.

Very Lovely and friendly staff. The drinks are very nice! Recommend fruit iced tea, very nice. A lovely place to go! Will definitely come back!
