I recently purchased my home theatre system from Rio sound and vision and my experience was delightfully pleasant. The staff had an extensive level of product knowledge and supported me throughout my purchase. I cannot recommend Rio sound enough for there customer service and product quality. Will definitely be a return customer in the near future.

I purchased from Rio for the first time and I must say that the customer service was brilliant. I picked up some B&O H4 headphones (half price...what a bargain) and the staff member was happy to chat for 10 minutes regarding products and the company. I will be returning!
Amazing experience, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was blown away with their equipment and the pricing they have is unbeatable. I will only deal with the team at RIO for all my future audio and visual needs.
oh good golly molly. this is the worst hifi store in Australia. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THESE SCAMMERS. me partner didn't receive his order - a gift for me - for over 6 weeks! and when he called...omg...the lies and excuses went on for weeks...and quite frankly rude and aggressive manner on the phone by some guy Paul who wouldn't give his surname. disgusting. sorry i cant put 0 stars. avoid like the plague.
