Called to book in the second service for our new car and enquire on the cost. Was greeted by a rude service advisor that advised of a cost "around 580" and "might be a bit more or a bit less", despite the car being covered by capped price servicing indicating the cost should be 309. When I asked about the capped price as indicated by Nissan Australia he reacted like I was asking him to perform brain surgery. Not honest, uninformed and unpleasant to deal with. Can only imagine what it would be like to deal with these people. Avoid

No fuss, great service and competitive pricing. Amazing from start to finish, Shaun took very good care of us and owner Tony was also very helpful. I would highly recommend, my husband is very happy with his new navara.
Beware!!! I wouldn't buy a car from here I got caught out by this place by them not transferring to registration into my name after 4 month's. I found out when I was pulled over by the police for driving an unregistered car! Upon questioning them about it I was met with little to no assistance from the people in 'Charge' of this establishment. Now it's cost me plenty and got a fine and they don't even care Tony Russo is a bad operator.
phoned up today at 2.30 Finally decided on make of car to buy .Carlos Carlos answered the phone and I told him what make i wanted to see (JUKE) Not sounding very grateful he was talking with a eager customer his response was what time are you going to get here cos I need to be out of here about 4.00 Keep in mind the dealership closes at 6.00Any way my wife said let"s just go and see this guy (we where close)Got there about 3.00 spent about 10 minutes everyone was busy went outside to look at the cars still no one There was even a young couple outside with us.They to were quite amused by the terrible customer service. Any way Carlos I hope you got out of there at 4.00 Whaat pandemic for these guys must me selling record numbers
What a great mob to deal with at Preston Nissan. We purchased a luxury vehicle here and we couldn't have chosen a better dealership. Rob was very helpful, I called ahead to ensure they had the car I wanted to drive and when I walked in he greeted me by name. Then took me to the car. Asked the right questions and had the right answers.
Great service from start to finish, Carlos was a great guide and very helpful throughout the process, the only reason im not giving 5 star's is because i had to fight for the interest rate that was agreed at the start. Overall very happy with the service. Review is subject to change depending dealing's with nissan finance over the next couple years. Thanks so far nissan.
They're thorough but BOY do they charge! They also recommended unecessary repairs that could have cost me 1000's had I not had a second opinion.
