I went through Preston Interlock Services for the entirety of the process. All staff were incredibly informative and supportive and there was absolutely no stigma which is what I had concerns about. They made me feel incredibly comfortable and respected. When I first had my interlock installed I thought i had a flat battery so one of the mechanics came to help me out- There was no flat battery I was stuffed up the interlock thing (straight after the demonstration) and they were still supportive, showed me how to do it again and did not make me feel like the idiot i absolutely was.

super friendly staff, always have a spot when ever I needed it, booking available in advance, can do upto 2 months interlock service to save a month trip. also do other mechanical repairs.
I cant thank Caroline enough for going above and beyond to track down a part for me. When she informed me she would call me back she did promptly and then checked to ensure I had ordered the right part(which I hadn't) so thank goodness she did as it would have caused a drama in my already hectic week. Very much appreciated and outstanding customer service :)
The staff here are beyond brilliant! Thank you so much Carolyn (I think it was Carolyn) for making a potentially monotonous and awkward situation lovely every time. Would give 6 stars if we could!

Fantastic service and the drager interlock is the best out there never had an issue and Caroline in reception is really friendly and very helpful with everything you need to know.
I had my interlock fitted elsewhere, It was a mistake. I should have started with Carolyn and her expert team. Preston interlock service is a credit to Draeger and the Repco workshop Brand. Just awesome to deal with, above and beyond helpful. Many thanks .
