I had an issue with my laptop keyboard. Originally I was told I had to replace the keyboard which would have been very expensive. However when I arrived to pick up my laptop they had managed to fix the issue without replacing the keyboard! This was a great experience - I highly recommend.
Picked up a basic small second hand monitor from these guys. Great price, great monitor. You gotta understand that they're not selling new products, by and large, so you get what you're paying for.
