I’ve been going there over the last 12 years approximately for General Services on my car and other repairs, in fact I’ve been travelling from Benalla to Mr Muffler Preston which is a two hour journey. Why do l travel so faraway ? Because their terrific people, polite, very friendly and the customer service has always been excellent. The mechanic George is a very well experienced mechanic and he’s highly knowledgeable on his mechanical stuff and he’s diagnostic abilities on my car has been great. I’ve aways been very pleased with his quality work. George’s diagnosis has been genuine because George is a very honest mechanic and the receptionist Irene is nice too.
