Making a claim during the silly season (Christmas/New year holiday's 2020/2021) and found staff very friendly and professional. Considering the holidays found things were done reasonable quick over the telephone. Claim approved after the assessor looked at the damage. I salute Ken Tame & Associates and staff for their great service and getting things done at a difficult time. Keep up the great work that you are doing. A very satisfied customer. As for the company repairing the vehicle, have the vehicle booked in, now I wait, they are making me wait 5 weeks from the booking, 1 week gone, 4 weeks to go plus 1 day to do the job. That is the repairer, not Ken Tame & Associates. Will update review when repairs have been completed.

I was recommended Ken Tame by the gentleman who sold me my campervan. He told me that we were getting great discounts with them as members of CMCA. When I got my quote, it was about double the price he was paying before selling me the van. When I questioned the price, all I was told was that it was the correct price. No further questions, no explanation. They do not seem to care about educating their potential customers. You guys are selling insurance. You're supposed to make people trust you and explain what you're selling in a language people who do not work with insurance will understand. When I answered back I would have to do some shopping around cause I didn't understand why the price was doubled what the previous owner of the car paid (as a second chance to give me a reason to go with them) all I got was: " Thank you for your reply." That's it. Your customer service is horrible and this is just a reflection of the type of service I would get if I ever had to make a claim! Next.
