It was our first time buying furniture from Freedom Preston. We got a good EOFY discount on furniture. Though we bought quite a few furniture items, they did not reduce prices further but gave 100 worth store credit. Good customer service and variety of furniture displayed in the store. Do link your Velocity account to Freedom account to earn points. Try to avoid visiting store on Saturday as it gets really busy.

After being excited for months to come sofa shopping, I can confirm that the whole experience was exemplary. Gabrielle’s service style is incredibly genuine and is naturally helpful. We have had a great experience at Freedom Preston. Roscoe went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our new couch and a mattress for our guest bedroom. Even though they were extremely busy, he didn’t rush us. Everyone else in the store were extremely helpful and happy. We will definitely be going back again to furnish more of our house!
