Great local craft beer range. Organic wines and some nice varieties of reds. Perfect for a quick shop or online shopping. Friendly people.
I greeted one of the clerk at the register, he glared at me for a few second and gave me no response. He then started to talk to the other clerk next to him who was eating his dinner (not sure though) out loud talking back to the other guy. I said thank you for his serving, but he didn't even reply to that.

I've also experienced pretty bad service from here on rare occasions but most of the staff are actually quite friendly and on occasion gone beyond what's expected.
