Very easy process to book a truck.& to top it all off they didn't charge me full price as I didn't require the truck as long as first thought. Very friendly & accommodating! Can definitely recommended.

Easy process to rent a car was in and out quite quickly, however the place has poor customer service!
Good service. I booked a small car but somehow I got a SUV. Guess I got a bit lucky. Car was in very good condition and fully fueled.
Budget car rentals is very good but the people working in preston one are worst than anything, no proper costumer response and very rude and arrogant . They feel like we are car for free and no respect to costumers, please choose some oyher car rentals in preston, i suggest dont go for budget in preston
Truck was great, late but fine. The staff weren't helpful. Keys were left in the truck (we have a tracking tile on it) and when we called and spoke to the staff there, they were very unhelpful saying it wasn't in the truck. We were promised it was checked and not there. A week later- the tracking tile was found by another person. When we went to get it, it was in clear sight under the seat. They could have saved us a lot of stress. I'm glad we waited and didn't get locks replaced, as it would have cost a lot of money. Being 6 months pregnant, a little effort/ customer service would have been fabulous.
There's a card fee but they don't accept any other payment form and the price of the car plus a bond must all come out of the same account. They stuffed us around for about two hours with all this nonsense and then struggled to find the car we had booked. Upon seeing the other reviews I think I'll try atlas around the corner, they were certainly faster, more friendly and more helpful over the phone!
Hired several times from Budget Preston, seem to make different rules up everytime we hire. Never leave clear information on website and always extra hidden fees. Took 3 weeks to get a deposit back and that was after calling and reminding them.
