Didn't have what I needed but went out of their way to help me find someone who did. For that effort alone I'll definitely be back. The store layout is way easier to negotiate than that other auto store too.
Excellent customer services. Has some queries around which polish products to use, and I got some honest advice from one of the team there. Very trustworthy.

I purchased a battery for click and collect. Received the email and text that it was ready. Arrived to pickup. They could not find it. Rather than give me one off the shelf, they spent 30mins looking for it. I asked numerous times for the one of the shelf.only to be ignored. Worst customer service. Never to return.
Very well presented outlet...helpfull staff.. Always have what i am after...repeat business for sure!!!!
The staff members are very helpful and expert. The only issue I have with this store is that many items are out of stock most of the time. This is inconvenient for me as I need to travel.
Me and my partner have been here a few times with car problems I wasn't sure about, had the good luck of being looked after by a worker called Najee who helped identify the problems with my car(later confirmed by mechanics). Didn't try to up sell me, whilst at the same time not being afraid to get his hands dirty identifing/fixing our problem. Wish all my car issues were dealt with in the same manner.
