The customer service at this store is very poor. The staff are very discriminative ,rude and spend more time mucking around. I was completely shocked by the service I received. Will never go back there again. The canningvale Livingston preso tea store provides exceptional quality service and treats all customers with RESPECT.!!!!

Stunningly bad service, this Presotea branch is literally the worst. Quite speechless. I have to single out the girl with the shortest hair, she was extremely rude to me and i have no idea why? Give this one a miss guys
Presotea is excellent. I had a yummy vegetarian roll and a hot tea. Excellent friendly service and delicious food. Love it.

Tried taro milk tea, half of the content of the plastic tumbler is ICE cubes. You cannot customize this order. They have good location though
