This trip from Batemans Bay to sydney airport would have to be the worst trip I've ever had the misfortune to be on from rude drivers to running extremely late having to change our flight costing us more time and money through no fault of our own definitely will never use this service again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Forgive me for thinking this may be a shoddy run business but both given contact phone numbers come up as disconnected and bus tracker doesn't work as described but they make sure you can prepay over the net. Not looking good and I'm not on the bus yet.

Terrible! Have had numerous disappointing encounters with Premier Motors. However, on my most recent trip it was 1 hour late (understandable due to extreme weather occurrences) however there was no communication to passengers at all so we had to just wait. It is not hard to quickly send out a memo detailing the buses expected time, and we couldn’t even call customer service to ask because it was out of hours. Once on board, the bus reeked with the stench of urine. Moreover, I’ve had many poor experiences with bus drivers being exceptionally rude. I would not recommend this service at all, I’ve had more negative experiences than good ones, unfortunately it’s the only service that caters for the trip I need to take.

Found the drivers to be quite rude and short with passengers. Bus was clean and appropriately capacity due to (Covid-19)

Hi ...I had the pleasure of riding from Berry to Mascot air port with the elderly bus driver. what a ride, normally I get pretty queezy on a bus...however when I got into this one I felt extremely comfortable. The Driver certainly knew what he was doing, I felt safe at all times, I was hoping we would get the same driver on our return journey, I was pleased we did, I would highly recommend this Coach service. However I could not help the sharp WHINE when the driver backed off his accelerator, the whine disappeared as soon as the throttle was open again and under power. Please note that I will talk to people about your service, it's excellent...on time...and most relaxing ride. Thank you Carolyn and Guido Tabone

Hi I was very disappointed in premiere Murray's buses were taking temperatures and providing sanitizer where is Premier had no temperature taking no sanitizer the bus smelled like vomit reported it to the driver he said he cleaned it the night before and it stunk the whole way from Sydney to Nowra my mum 70 husband 80 Very very wrong
