Been taking Premier Cabs for a while and have found them to be reliable, professional, good quality and value for money. Thankfully, never experienced any problems. I love the fact that I can call up from my location and someone is there within the time frame.

Real disrespectful telephone operators. Had this guy be a smart arse on the phone and asked what an opal card is when I asked him nicely and used manners. Claimed he wasn't laughing and so forth in what sounded to be like with another operator. I highly do not recommend this place to others.

We booked a cab and did not get notification of the cab. When we called the officer again call got picked by a rude unprofessional person who responded that he was not sure when the can will come or how long it will take..he continued to speak in a very rude tone and when I asked him to cancel the booking because he was not able to tell .me.how.long the wait would be.. he did not even apologies and straight away cancelled the booking.. this taxi service is not reliable..

WARNING! Nobody get in a cab with number plate T5442 especially if you are a female or a teenage / young boy or girl. The driver picked up my teenage brother from Penrith made him tap his card before driving and drove by multiple exits that he needed to take in order to get to the destination. Who knows who this cab driver was or where he was taking him?! When my brother told him he’s not going the right way, the driver asked for his phone because apparently he doesn’t have maps. My brother also noticed there was no ID displayed and was lucky to get out when the cab came to a stop, two suburbs away!

Out of 10 cab rides 1 did not ask for 20 as a fare with no meter on when inquired about this I was informed it was their tip most of my trips were round the 12 mark So rude demanding tips off passengers The one driver who was very professional did get a tip off me Don’t use this service if you don’t want to be ripped off Yep I’m back to useing Ola

Had a physio appointment at 0100 Pm. Booked a taxi with Premier online for 12 00 the day before. At 1210 I rang the operator and they said we can have a taxi pick you up in about an hour explained my medical is at 0100 . They replied sorry but the best we can do is get a taxi at 0110PM No Wonder über is taking over
