After speaking with 3 lawn mowing shops and Karcher direct, I managed to find this place on Google to find a head gasket for my 173cc RV170. All the other places werent interested in helping me out because its only 20 of business, but Ben at Rato was super helpful, had parts in stock and handled with great customer service.

A very big thank you to the friendly staff down at Rato Wangara (Ben & Natalie). Extremely friendly knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Old school customer service is hard to find and these guys deliver. No question to big or to small (and I ask a lot of questions). My father and I just bought two 15hp 420cc engines for our buggy projects. I have done a lot of research on Rato and with the product knowledge of Ben on all his products I have no doubt these engines will deliver what they promise. Even just assessing build quality when you pull the engine out of the box you know they will run well. Thanks again guys!
Great price. Good guys. Bought a couple of fire pumps and a generator off from them.. runs great. Pleasure to deal with even on weekends and they have parts on shelf. Excellent job guys!!!
I bought the R10,000DP for the farm instead of a far more expensive Honda alternative. Not only did i save a considerable amount but i'm amazed about the fuel consumption compared to the old engine. Thumbs up to Rato.
