Emma and the girls at Precious Stones are amazing - my husband purchased my beautiful pink sapphire and diamond engagement ring from them years ago (after I not so subtly sent him the link to view it!) and they were so helpful, genuine, and their prices were super competitive. Highly recommend.

I went in looking for a 20th anniversary gift (platinum) and sort of knew what I wanted, but was open to ideas. Emma and the girls were lovely and patient with me while I ummed and ahhed about different things. The there was the suggestion of making a ring for me, and allowing me to choose the stones. So they organised that, I went back a few days later, picked out the stone, worked out the sizing and it would be ready for me in 10 days, with independent valuations. I had given them what my budget was, and even though their price was more than that, they were happy to work with me and got it nearer to my budget. When I picked it up, I was very happy with the way it had turned out. My wife loved it as well and just couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Thank you to everyone for your help!

wondered into this shop and am so happy i did, i have some old rings i can no longer wear, so the ladies helped me remake them into pendants, i still have more to be changed, only precious will be doing it, If you want to buy or have something made do it with these ladies you will love it, i know i do.

I cannot thank Precious Stones Jewellery enough for providing me with exactly what I wanted. The ring is beautiful! I was impressed by the great communication and timely response of staff! The ring was less than half the price of a similar piece at another jewellers. Very happy!
