Never coming back. This guy totally lacks of good manners. He’s not only rude but aggressive to the customers. Worst experience ever. Lots of bottle shops in South Yarra.
Walked in today at 3:07pm. The “manager” was chatting on the phone with his mate. Very RUDE, and inattentive. Looks like he did not want to be working there. There was also a hint of aggression to him, may be from gym supplements. He needs to go back to school and learn some manners. As a customer who shopped there before, and a local resident of South Yarra, never again will I shop here. Plenty of bottle shops around the area guys.
Ridiculously overpriced. The lady behind the counter knows nothing about alcohol, and repeatedly tries to sell you things you don't need.
Don’t update their opening hours. Not annoying at all.
