Threatening and aggressive business owner. I have never felt compelled to write a review of bad service in my life but I feel I would be doing anyone who reads these a disservice not to! My sister and I wasted almost 4 hours between the Hawthorn and Prahran store trying to print some photo's and was met with the rudest and most unhelpful customer service we've ever experienced. The business owner actually made me fear for my safety as he yelled over me and my sister and threatened me after I asked to get his SD card reader that he had just jammed my SD card into. If the place wasnt about to shut and my SD card wasn't being held hostage I wouldve walked right out. He took about 15 minutes getting it out to no success finally handing it over to which we then got it out ourselves. I think his pride was a bit shook - as He then yelled at us some more before printing the photos that were ready to print. This is not the first time i have heard of disrespectful service from the people at print corner. I will definitely be making my university friends aware of my experience. DO NOT get your printing done here.
