I came in with a typical Google self diagnosis thinking I knew what miracle cure I needed. The staff were so helpful and encouraged me to actually look deeper into the problem rather than aimlessly taking vitamins and supplements that may not provide any benefit to my problem. Their knowledge and service was second to none and I appreciated their honesty. The range of all natural foods and products is very extensive and I would highly recommend paying them a visit.
I went in the store today and the staff made me feel really uncomfortable, I purchased 4 different raw seeds, but the staff made me feel really uncomfortable and judgmental. Really disappointed with the customer service.

I absolutely love Prahran Health foods, it's my favourite health food store in all of Melbourne! Such friendly and knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend! The environment is so lovely.
Recommended this place by a friend. Excellent service, great knowledge. Awesome range of products. They don't try and sell you something you don't need (supplements etc), in fact, they'll tell you the opposite and not to buy, to save you money if it's not what you actually need.
Friendly staff who live the the health world, they source the good stuff because they use it themselves.
