The service is fantastic, I must have asked a thousand questions and each of it was answered patiently. Very helpful staff members and even if they don't have a certain product, they guide you to where you may find it. Either way, you come out happy.

A really cool place for all your arts and craft requirements. They stock everything one could possibly imagine and more. Car parking is on Commercial Road.

Eckersley's have a wide range of arts supplies. Whenever I go into the store the lovely staff offer support, knowledge and complete understanding to all customers. I love walking into the store as it feels like I've truly come home. Ordered online tonight for the first time off the website due to COVID19 restrictions in Melb. Easy as 1, 2, 3! Thanks again guys!

Dodgy website takes the money off your gift card before the order is placed. Something went wrong when processing the order online. When I re-put in the gift-card details it now tells me there's 0 left on it. Just spent a thoughtful 50 xmas gift-card on literally nothing... pretty unimpressed. :/

Great service. Called Prahran store today. Placed order, items were put together over the phone and paid for- picked up 30mins later. Easy! Even joined rewards club. Thanks so much ️
