What an upgrade! A much larger, well for out space with lots of different dining options suitable for all occassions. A super large table when you first enter, sitting at the bar or perfect small to large tables to finish off. With super attentive staff to take you through the menu and keep you hydrated! Will definitely be back, when you go make sure you eat as many sticks as possible. The other dishes were amazing (oysters some of the best), but those sticks are very hard to beat.

The attentive and friendly staff was the highlight of the evening, the food however was quite disappointing for the price. We had the 85 tasting menu, the only redeeming dish was the crab soup. There are some good ideas in the entree but the flavours failed to shine. The lamb was served to us only lukewarm, and the fat doesn't taste like it's been rendered properly. The grilled food, cold noodles and dessert were all quite blend for a Japanese Yakitori restaurant. The atmosphere was nice enough and we did appreciate their attention to detail in their service.

Superb services and great ambience. Food is fresh and flavourful. I would suggest the inclusion of sashimi bar to compliment current offerings. There were pieces of salmon and kingfish in the set menu and they were done well, chef has the competency to do more and I am happy to pay. Love the egg custard with blue swimmer crab. The added butter turned a good dish into art, the smooth reflection of the egg under dimmed warm light looks like a piece of marble.

We came here to try 85 Tasting menu which start off with the entree of the Chaco Classic of Fig Shiraae, Salmon Namasu, Warayaki Wagyu Yukke/ Grilled Eel. You eat from the heaviest Wagyu Yukke in flavours to the lightest which end with Fig Shiraae to cleanse the palate before you move to their Chawanmushi. The Chawanmushi were served with It's Shell butter top with Blue Swimmer Crab. It was creamy, buttery and eggy egg custard with the meaty crab meat was one of the highlight for the night. Chacobar are know for their Yakitori. We have the Chef's favourite Yakitori which consist of King Prawn, Mackerel Butter, Bungalow Sweet Pork Belly with Yuzu Kosho, Lamb Rump, House Spice with Snow Pea, Hay Smoked Corn Fed Chicken Thigh & Tsukune Meatball, Onsen Egg with Teriyaki. They were charcoal grilled perfectly with smokey flavours and our favourite would have to be the Pork Belly followed by Smoked Chicken thigh Skewers and the Tsukune Meatball with Onsen egg. After the Yakitori we were supposed to get the Ume Soumen but instead we got Truffle Claypot Rice with Mushroom Zosui, Parmesan & Scallop Dashi. They cooked with two different mushroom and have truffle oil which were really umami and moreish to eat. This was another of our favourite to eat. To finish off the tasting menu we have a White Chocolate Mousse, Berries & Macadamia. Love that they spread the top with cereal crumbs which add more texture and flavours to the white chocolate mousse dessert so that it's not boring to eat. The service staffs here were friendly & they were attention and check on you to send over the food. I like the atmosphere of the place although it was dark it give a nice moody feel and ambient to it. You can have the Yakitori Omakase where you seat around the Chef table in the middle and watch the chefs prepare and cook the Yakitori & food for you which add an interesting experience to it that it seems worth to try the next time.

Food and service is so unreal. Love the food so much we had to ask for more. This is a place to always return for. Our Waiter has given us the best service I've ever had. Will recommend to everyone to come and try

This is the best restaurant I have to been to in a long time - the food was incredible, every bite was worth savouring for as long as possible. Great ambience, good service. Only wish parking was easier!

Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve come to Yakitori Chaco Bar a handful of times pre-COVID, and was somewhat hesitant to visit while they had a set menu in place, and i couldn’t get my Yakitori staples, but damn, this was incredible. It’s rare that I enter a state of euphoria while eating, but the Niku-Sushi and final round of Yakitori were next level. We ended up ordering a second round of the Niku-Sushi it was that good! All the waitstaff were so lovely to chat to, and getting their personal preference of Sake recommendations added so much to the dining experience. I lose count of the amount of different Sake we ordered, but every round was different and offered a unique taste of the drink. The final round we ordered was the Yuzu, flavoured Sake, and it was incredible. As an OG fan of Chaco Ramen, I’m so happy to see Yakitori Chaco Bar as popular as it is. I will be coming back to try the Yakitori Omakase for sure.

An amazing tasting menu, loved every item. Standouts were the lamb yakitori and the white chocolate moose desert.
