My local pharmacy. These days with the rise of chemist supermarkets, I get personal service from people who know me. Their advice has been so helpful, as well as the friendly service. Tracey, Jennifer, Michelle all knowledgeable and aware of my personal needs. It's something that is unfortunately going as the chains get bigger. I value that service, that's why I go to Blake's.

Love the friendly staff at this pharmacy and the fact that they are not judgmental about amount of medications we buy. We are cruising sailors and have to stock up well on our medications before spending months in remote areas, which raises eyebrows at some pharmacies. Not here though, which is really nice.
The best staff and service! And open until 11pm, amazing! Only chemist I will go to.
I had a brilliant experience with Blakes today - they managed to arrange for my prescription of antibiotics for tonsillitis to be delivered to me at home within an hour, given I am in self isolation whilst waiting for COVID test results (and having rung other pharmacies in the area who couldn't help). I really appreciate the effort the staff went to, especially whilst waiting for the prescriptions to be faxed over by the doctors. Thank you so much
An easily accessible pharmacy with a good range of products and knowledgeable team! I had used Blake’s for years when I lived in Potts Point and had been extremely happy with the service. They kept my scripts on file and I never had any issue with incorrect filling or lack of stock. If you’re looking for a no fuss but friendly local pharmacy that does great things within the community that is also far more personal than a chain pharmacy - this is a great option!
I was stuck in quarantine at a local hotel and desperately needed medicine for my new born baby. (Another local chemist nearby was incredibly rude and refused to help insisting “not my problem” due my situation!!) The staff at Blakes found what I needed, helped me pay over the phone & delivered it to the hotel front desk for me. THAT’S SERVICE - thank you.
One of the WORST experiences I’ve had with a service/ retail. I would give 0 stars or minus stars if I could. A simple question to the rude, arrogant and ignorant pharmacist turned into a humiliating and mortifying experience. I will never step foot in this pharmacy ever again. I went to another Chemist where I was treated with the respect that I and all customers deserve. When I told my doctor what the pharmacist had said and done, she was horrified and could only suggest that she may have some serious mental issues. If you want to be treated with care and respect by a knowledgeable professional DO NOT go here. Head to one of the many lovely and experienced pharmacists nearby.
The pharmacist Jen truly went out of her way to help me find my medication which is currently sold out of almost every pharmacy in Sydney.
