Just a warning to people who give this company their credit card details. If you are looking for a reputable company to deal with give Dandenong PostNet a big miss, They illegally debited my bank account 240.00 for an invoice they did not send me,although they emailed the receipt without any problems, after 10 days of contacting them daily, they still have not emailed my anything to show that they have processed the refund to my credit card or bank account (even after they requested the details again ) They told me to contact an accountant in Sydney (Rachel.B) who said it was Dandenong PostNet who needed to refund the money. I again contacted them but with no response. I have found more information regarding the financial situation of PostNet but I wont describe that here at the moment. If a debit is made in error, well, that is a mistake, if it is not refunded after 10 days of asking, to me , that is something different. Strangely, 30 minutes after I posted this review I recieved the following email from someone I have never contacted or spoken to, it seems like they are hiding in my opinion, if it was an automated response it would have arrived sooner, been from an email address I had contacted and been noted as an automated response, I am guessing this will be reported to the authorities on Monday. NEVER WALK INTO THIS STORE! Terrible unprofessional service. Unclean store and the attendant lacks communication skills and doesn’t speak English. I had to escalate the lack of prompt delivery since my consignment stayed in the store for a WEEK! I regret dealing with them - it caused me so much unnecessary delays.
