Got a parcel delivered. Saw the truck coming in and very quickly leaving after. The driver didn't knock on. He just left the coolection card on the door and left. Great way to save time and making me to have to go pick it up later on. Grrr

4 items all returned to 4 different senders across the country ... from this depot purely due to a contractor not having the competence of following simple redirection instructions. You guys need to screen your employees before employing unskilled workers.
