Enjoyable and fun environment using Zoom to learn the Portuguese language. The teacher Luciana is adept as using the technology to facilitate my learning.
I’ve been learning Brazilian Portuguese with Gabriel for a couple of months now and I really enjoy our classes together. Besides covering the course material, we also have time to talk about general subjects and the differences between Brazil and Australia and this is something I really think helps improve conversational Portuguese. I like that Gabriel uses Portuguese as much as possible with me so I can hear the language and its sounds and it’s great fun trying to converse this way. While I have only spoken with Livia via email, she has always been very responsive and helpful - I’ve found the whole process of becoming at student with PCM very simple and worthwhile.
I have been taking classes with Gabriel for a few months and really enjoying the process. He is super patient, makes me feel really comfortable and the classes are fun. My schedule is so busy, Gabriel has been able to fit in around my availability which is the only reason I have managed to start studying. Highly recommend!! Obrigada Gabriel!
Ruth is an absolutely wonderful teacher. Really patient, innovative ways that have helped me with pronunciation and great suggestions of online sites to go for extra practice. I look forward to every single lesson.
Livia is extremely patient with me and always caters the lessons to what I'm wanting to focus on. I would not consider myself strong at languages however she has helped make me feel confident in my progress and always encouraging me to push myself and keep practicing. Above all the classes are a lot of fun and she makes you feel like you are talking to a friend rather than a teacher.
I highly recommend Livia at Portuguese Classes Melbourne. I've been taking Portuguese classes with her for nearly 12 months and my Portuguese language skills have greatly improved in this time. Livia tailors the course according to the areas you need to work on and delivers the class in a very comfortable, easy going manner. I really look forward to our weekly classes!
