Terrible customer service. Dont have anything to do with this Peter guy so so rude. Stay away go somewhere else.
Extremely disappointed with the attitude and the lack of ability to communicate the failure of three seperate jobs I took to him. Was told my tv was ready to be picked up with no indication that it had not been fixed. Went to pick it up and was told it was not repaired ( a phone call to notify that it wasn't fixed as the part was unavailable would've been a courtesy ). But not only that, I was charged as if the repair had been done. And upon inspection when I went to pick the tv up, I noted that the rear panel of my tv was cracked and damaged. No explanation given and no slight discount or refund due to the damage and failure to complete the job. Also had a battery jump start pack was given to him to repair. Still not completely fixed, but was charged for a completed repair. Took a Waeco cooler fridge in to him to make a repair on the switch, my fridge wasn't fixed and was charged anyway.
Not friendly and you have pay 7o.00 before they looked at it
