Great facility with really friendly staff. Would recommend. My only issues were the rates are per day, rather than per night which can make a short stay (Fri-Sun) quite expensive.

Excellent place! Our 3 months old puppy went there for a whole day for the first time away from us, and got amazing socializing experience with other dogs, had great time and we got a detailed report back from the lovely staff and watched him on live cam during the day. Would definitely recommend this place. Great service and our puppy loved it there! Other customers seemed also very happy with the Pets Hotel.

My German Shepard stayed there for day care. He has anxiety and the staff took very good care of home. He came home happier than ever, looking and smelling fatastic. The staff were professional and look like they love their jobs. I will definitely be using The Pets Hotel for my fur baby again in the future!

A fantastic experience with professional staff who genuinely cared for my two pets. The explained what would be done during their stay and kept me up to date, I had the ability to check in on them also whilst I was away. The staff are friendly and handle things with care. The facilities are clean, and my pets well groomed. Thank you.

I recently left my two dogs and a cat in for the weekend while I had a long awaited visit with my partner. I felt the customer service from start to finish was far better than any other facility I have previously used. Staff are well trained and have exceptional knowledge of pet care and were happy to go above and beyond when assisting me with any questions. I was nervous to leave my pets as I have not had to do this for a little while due to covid but I felt immediately at ease after drop off went smoothly, the facility offer a range of services I was not expecting and I was even able to check in on my little friends via the web cam option which made me feel 100% confident in the staff. I will definitely be using their services again and will happily recommend to anyone looking for a pet hotel thanks to the team for an amazing job!
