Really happy with my Ekodeck, clean as a whistle and looks great. Super easy to work with and install - the team were happy to go over my plans and point me in the right direction with installation. Cheap compared to other composites on the market. Recommended and would use again.

The sides break very easy and then they try and and say that you dropped something heavy on it as you can see there are no indications that something heavy has been dropped on it...…also all these random circles appeared and they tried to tell you that you drilled holes in the boards.
I've tried many composite boards in the past but the quality of Ekodeck can't be beaten - as a builder I'm constantly trying new innovative products but the ease and availability of this stuff can't be beaten. Great colour range and support from the Ekodeck team, happy to send out additional clips here and there. Thanks for a great product and great service, my customers are always happy with their ekodecks
Love my Ekodeck - got the new Designer Series installed and very impressed. Great product, great price and an even better finish. 5 stars from me!
My husband and son in law recently installed our new ekodeck over the last two weekends. Very impressive considering neither of them are overly handy, but the finished result is great - almost professional! Love the grey colour it looks great and very solid under foot, easy to clean - recommended
I bought ecodeck plus 5.4m timber for my front deck and 3 steps together with screw pack from bunnings. it was very easy to fix as they have given starter, general and end screw everything with a manual how to use it clearly. i ran out of some screws and realized burnings sell different product and can not be used as screw head is bigger for the gaps between boards 3mm. I contacted ecodeck plus port melboune and Mr Elton gave me free screw pack as agood will !! they are very customer supportive. i never hesitate to buy more products from them . I am not a professional but anybody can use ecodeck plus if we follow the instructions.
Gets too hot to walk on, even when the temp outside is only in the high 20s. Shrinks and expands a lot in hot and cold. Scratches easily. Timber much better and cheaper.
Recently we had Ekodeck Classic in Greystone installed we selected the classic board as I was not a fan of the new "Timber look" designer series on a large surface area the pattern became too busy. It was installed under our pergola by an experienced builder/ carpenter. Whilst the install was fairly straight forward he went through several blades when cutting the deck boards to size which is a fairly costly exercise from his perspective. Since it has now been down for a few months we have noticed it is hard to keep it looking clean, dust/ dirt gets stuck and the only real way of cleaning it is to hose it off - Which isn't an option for us as we have an outdoor kitchen installed on it. It also gets REALLY HOT even in 20 degrees direct sunlight it becomes unbearable to stand on in bare feet. (Not ideal around a pool) this may have something to do with the colour we chose being a charcoal grey (Matches perfectly with Dulux Woodland Grey). I love the look of the product and the low maintenance (no oiling or staining required) but I would think twice about using it again due to the heat it holds especially in an Australian summer. Unless you are super handy I also wouldn't suggest a DIY install there are so many variables to take into consideration.
