Trang is an absolute gem, she thinks of her clients all the time, she definitely is a client - orientated pharmacist so I’ll be keeping local and loyal because of the great prices and customer service! Highly recommended! Virginia Taranto

Trang is the most amazing pharmacist I’ve ever known! She went up and above tonight as my script got misplaced from my repeats and I cannot function without these meds, especially with my high needs son. So I messaged her on Facebook out of desperation as I was not coping mentally and she searched for my house for over an hour (google maps has not got my house in the right location) and dropped the meds at my house just hours later. I’m so grateful and feel so cared for, this is exactly what every pharmacist should be like! Thank you so much again Trang! ️

I’ve never had an experience like this in my LIFE. I was treated like a criminal- the woman at the counter asked extremely personal questions which at first, I was okay with...until I realized why. I’m an American staying around Australia and NZ and I have a controlled medication that I need a supply of at all times in case of emergency. Because I travel, I must pick it up strange intervals sometimes/have more than a months’ supply. All through Europe, this was no issue. In the U.S., no issue. Here? I was made to feel like a criminal. I was made to feel like an “addict”, a bad person etc. Last I checked, a pharmacist is supposed to take the prescription-find the meds-dispense meds-take payment. But what I got was “what disease did you say you have?” “I’m going to look that up” Then, called the doctor who I’d seen that VERY day, proceed to, WITHOUT consulting ME or my NEUROLOGIST, *CHANGE MY PRESCRIPTION* -THEN deny giving my prescription paper back, as she’d written all over it, so I couldn’t even go elsewhere to fill it before traveling. Absolutely will NEVER have my business again, totally humiliated and angered and extremely EXTREMELY judged by the nature of my nationality and disease. Disgusted.
