I have never been so disappointed in customer service before visiting the store today. Not one employee cracked a smile, tried to build rapport or offer there help in a way you don’t seem a burden. Never going back to them. Atrocious customer service. Range of products and brands however - good.

Great customer service, sorted me out quickly and easily.
Initial service we thought was friendly & helpful until they refused to swap a pair of pants for the correct size (shop was totally at fault as they picked out & handed us two pairs of pants,one correct size,the other not) Their response was we can't re sell them as the tags were taken off,but we were out of pocket for their mistake!! We also bought quite a few other items thinking we were doing the right thing & supporting a local business. Never again will I support this shop who are just plain greedy.

I ordered some safety signs and some were not in stock. They were quick and efficient in getting them in. Price was good as well.
