It"s easy to see why so many homes in the local area are built by Pycon Homes. Their attention to detail and quality of build is second to none from our experience. From our very first contact with John at the display home right through to the end of the build has been exceptional. The end result is a beautiful quality home to be proud of. Myra and I would especially like to thank Louise, Kristy, Darrel and Richard for all their help along the way. Their prompt responses and availability throughout the build made the experience such an enjoyable one. Thanks also to all the sub contractors who did quality work throughout. We could not recommend Pycon more highly with our whole experience being a breeze & the result being a home we had dreamed of but weren’t sure we could bring to reality. We have had a new residence built by the team at Pycon Homes here in Port Macquarie. All our dealings with them from the initial contact, through planning and then finally building have been simple and easy. Communications have always been responded to quickly and our building supervisor was always ready to accommodate us if we wanted to view where the build was up to. We have been in residence for 4 weeks now and are really happy with how our build has turned out. We are very happy with the quality of the home Pycon Homes built for us. There were only minor issues which needed to be fixed in the warranty period. They came back and fixed all issues easily and quickly without any fuss. In fact they identified and fixed issues we had not even noticed. All of the staff were very professional and friendly at all times.
