We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Clayton today at port Macquarie. He was so helpful, patient and kind, and went out of his way to look after us changing our plan and phone. Not helpful. Tried for the second time in a week to get some help with my existing mobile broadband. Waited 25 minutes in a shop with 4 staff and 2 customers. They rather help customers who call than those in the shop. Left without even getting the chance to talk to someone. Similar situation last week.

It's like any other Optus shop, not in a bad way. The staff are very good, happy, friendly, polite as you would expect from such a large company. You just have to pick the time of day if you are in a hurry. Lunch time is frantic, but first thing in the morning is usually a good time to go. I've always been well looked after.
