Rude female staff assistant( long blonde hair) no customer service. Told me off for not waiting for email for click and collect pick up. Politeness and manners always goes a long way. There are plenty of other places i can buy online rather than try and support local businesses to create jobs for people.

Needed a random bit is stationary desperately for a wedding the next morning. It was 8pm and I thought I was out of luck. HOWEVER Officeworks was open till late. I was served really well, the guy knew exactly what I wanted and exactly where it was. I was in and out in Leeds than 5 mins. Good work Officeworks

Went into the store to purchase a gaming chair, after finding what I was looking for I noticed that half the stock in the desk chair section had no pricing, I could see 5 staff in the store 1 on the floor helping an elderly woman and 4 behind the cash registers only 1 with a customer, after not being able to get service for 15 mins I took to the office works website for the pricing of the chairs I was looking at. Needless to say I did not buy anything from the store and nore will I ever. I would rather drive to Taree.
