This was our first time making a purchase at John Oxley Motors. As we live in Newcastle, we were nervous about buying from a dealer 3 hours away, but they promised that although we were maybe out of sight, we would not be out of mind if any issues should arise. Unfortunately a small issue did arise with the car a few weeks after purchase and to their credit, Steve from John Oxley drove down to Newcastle with a secondary car for us to use, took our car back to the dealership to repair it, and then brought it back down to us. Fantastic service for a purchase of a second hand car and we would recommend this dealership to anyone. The car now drives like a dream and we feel these guys would be there for us should anything else need following up. Legends!

We purchased our Range Rover Velar from John Oxley Motors in Port Macquarie and couldn't be happier. Not only were all staff, especially Ben and Dylan, fantastic to deal with, we also got an amazing deal. We purchased the car from interstate and they kept us informed every step of the way. When we finally arrived to pick it up, they had it sitting there waiting for us with a huge black bow on it and a congratulations sign! On the day of pick up Ben took so much time showing us every feature of the vehicle and how best to use it. Nothing was too much trouble for him. 5 star rating previously for used cars and crew and Steve burn.But the new car people are very said the special offers exist at 27240 for a new asx and they are set at 27999 they won't even budge after buying over 10 cars from them in the past 15 years for family and whoever.Plus let alone other members of my family and how many cars they buy wow.One star is the best I could do couldnt even take that away
